The quality of the product seems to be of high standard. So far I am pleased with it.
The communication and management of the shipping and status was not that great from a customer satisfaction standpoint. I received a request to review the product before I even got my shipping update which was not accurate until the day of delivery. The request stated that I should have received my item and should review it. This was confusing for me. I attempted to contact the company for information or a status but I was not communicated to at all.
